THE PEACE WITHIN WORKSHOPS Further Details
Your breath and body will experience the basics of right breathing, using posture and body relaxation exercises to release tension, clearing backlog to calm and harmonise those areas that are tight within us. The weekend will focus upon peace, upon centred behaviours, upon spiritual understanding and self-empowerment. Fully confidential, safe and special, this will be a small workshop for up to 10 people only, so please book early to avoid disappoinment. Thank you. This will be achieved through:- Relaxation Breathing Techniques Body and Postural Awareness Exercises The subconscious holds our experiences, our fears, our unrealised potentials and raw power. By repeating certain phrases or affirmations we can encourage the subconscious to accept new behaviours, habits and understandings and so liberate our energy for positive use. We shall learn how to work with the subconscious through:- Journeying Trance Chanting Meditation You will learn how to view life from a more magical and spiritual perspective, to release blocks and strengthen positive beliefs and practices so that you feel part of life, in tune with and true to yourself. This will be achieved through one or more of the following:- Creating an Energetic Double Banishing Negativity Pathworking Protection Practices Working with Helpers from the Natural World
By learning how to make connections and how to ask the right questions, we can access greater clarify, which leads to deeper spiritual understanding. Wisdom can then guide us through life confidently - in harmony with our true nature and most rightful path. This will be achieved through one or more of the following Identifying and Listening to your own Intuitive Voice Contacting the Soulforce Increasing Sensitivity to and Awareness of Energy in all its forms.
The mind, like all parts of a human being, benefits from regular exercise and use. Empowerment meditations and visualisations encourage the mind to be incisive, and so able to focus effectively and to assist right thought processes so that we are capable of meeting life's challenges.
